Shipping area & carrier
We ship within Switzerland via Swiss Post to your home address. Delivery to post office boxes or poste restante is not possible. -
Shipping costs
The applicable shipping costs are shown on our website and again during checkout before you complete your order. -
Dispatch & delivery times
Your order is processed after receipt and clarification of all necessary details; no fixed delivery date is guaranteed. Delivery times may vary depending on order volume and external factors such as transport delays or strikes; in such cases, claims for damages due to delay are excluded, except in cases of intent or gross negligence. -
Transfer of risk
The risk and costs of transport pass to you as soon as the goods are handed over to the carrier (ex works). -
Partial deliveries & unavailability
If not all items are in stock, we may make partial deliveries at our own expense if reasonable for you. If a product is not available because our suppliers cannot deliver or there is a production bottleneck, we may withdraw from the contract and will inform you immediately. -
Returns due to defects or damage
Transport damage must be reported to us immediately so that a damage report can be made; otherwise no replacement can be granted.
