Safety information: The velcro fasteners were tested on felling from a horse and came off immediately.
Please put the saddle pad or the wool felt on the horse.
Place the saddle on the horse and secure it properly.
Please fix the horse protection on the saddle pad or on the wool felt by fastening the zipper.
Fasten the elastic cord around the horse’s tail root.
Put the rider protection on like trousers and adjust the elastic band by pulling so that the protection fits snugly and comfortably around your waist. The elastic band has various slits. You can simply pull this through the button to attach the elastic in the right place.
Close the zipper.
Attach the velcro straps to your legs at the height that is comfortable for you. Usually the velcro fastener is roughly level with the calf.
Get on the horse.
Attach the velcro fasteners to the front of the saddle pad or the wool felt. You will find a grey mark on the saddle pad, on the wool felt as well as on the horse protection to help with the correct attachment. Place the two markings on top of each other in order to position the protection exactly in the middle. Now attach the protection to the saddle pad by simply pressing the two velcro sides together.
Attach the velcro straps at the back. To do this, grab the velcro fasteners on the back of the rider protection and simply press them onto the horse’s back.
Attach the saddle protector to the saddle pad or the wool felt using the 3 snap fasteners.
Roll up the saddle protector so that the outside is on the outside.
Tie the rolled up saddle protector together with the two rubber cords.
Open the rubber cords and roll the saddle protector forward over the saddle. At the front you can attach the saddle protector to the saddle pad or the wool felt using the Velcro fasteners.
