What is the guarantee policy?
We offer a 2-year guarantee and will repair or replace your product if there’s an issue.
Does EquiDry include all system components?
EquiDry is a modular system. The main Monsovera EquiDry Rider & Saddle Protection is the core product, while the Horse Sheet and Saddle Cover are sold separately and clearly marked as EquiDry components.
When will I get my order?
We produce our products to order to avoid overproduction and waste. If your size isn’t in stock, delivery can take up to 2 months, though it’s often much faster.
Where are your products manufactured?
All components are produced in the EU, with final assembly and packaging completed in Switzerland.
How much does shipping cost?
Due to the size of our products, we charge a flat shipping fee of 19.90CHF (approx. €20)to all EU destinations.
