Customers have the right to return purchased products within 30 days of shipment without stating any reasons. Items specially made for you (personalization, custom-made products) are excluded, also items that have already been used or washed.

The right of return does not apply to:

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Products that are returned incomplete or not in their entirety

3. Conditions of Return

Returned products must be sent back complete, including all accessories and components.

Products must be returned in a condition that allows resale. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

The costs and risk of return shipping are borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed or required by mandatory law.

4. Return Procedure

To exercise your right of return, the product must be sent back to us within the return period. No separate declaration of withdrawal is required unless otherwise specified.

5. Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods, we will refund all payments received for the returned products within 14 days.

Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Original shipping costs are not refundable unless required by applicable law.

6. Legal Notice

Swiss law does not provide a mandatory statutory right of return for distance selling contracts. The right of return described in this policy is granted voluntarily.
